parts the same day! If you need a new pump case or are just
looking to repack your pump, Mud Cat can assist you. So,
pick up the phone, send us a fax or email; we will be happy to
serve you.
When placing an order for parts, please have the following
information:
- Dredge name (if applicable)
- Original contract number
- Parts description
- Mud Cat part number
- Quantity needed
- Manufacturer's part number (if applicable)

Ellicott's Field Service Team of highly qualified field engineers are available for the following:
- Assembly of New Dredges
- Installation of New Dredge Equipment
- Service Supervision of Dredge Operations and Maintenance Procedures (especially helpful to new crews)
- Advice on Efficient Operation
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostics
- Replacement Part Recommendations
- Service rates are based on a per diem basis.
